The intention for this course is to facilitate a systems approach to thinking about different issues, encouraging care for the Earth and it's inhabitants as a diverse community. Concepts covered include nutrient cycling, ethnobotany, soil, urban permaculture, energy conservation, pest control, agroforestry, seed saving and more. |
